Pricing
One flat subscription. No per-seat creep.
Lonehelm isn't a replacement for the estimating, scheduling, or accounting tool you already pay for — it's the watch layer that catches the missed inspection, the lapsed permit, and the schedule slip before they cost the project. Pick the tier that matches your shop today. Every plan ships the same nightly watch — permits, inspections, trades, budget, and the Friday homeowner recap. We promise thirty-day onboarding: you're live on your real jobs, not a sandbox, before the second invoice. Lonehelm is the always-on watch for one- and two-person residential GCs running 10–20 active jobs.
Tiers
Three plans. One product.
The only thing that changes between Solo, Pro, and Crew is how many crews are on the project board at once and how deep the export and admin surface goes. You never get charged by the seat — Lonehelm's rate card is keyed to the shop, not the headcount. Solo at $75 a month is the line item a one-person shop clears on the first invoice — not the all-builders-have-it SKU of the bigger platforms.
Solo
The one-person crew with the laptop open at 6 a.m.
- Permit watching — expirations tracked to the day, with the 30-day renewal flag
- Inspection watching — rough-in, insulation, and final against the project schedule, with the 72-hour reschedule-risk flag
- Trade slip detection — daily log compared against the scheduled trade the next morning
- Photo galleries — supers post from the field via upload tokens, organized by project
Pro
Two-person shops with a roster of regular subs.
- Everything in Solo
- Friday homeowner recap — a clean photo-and-milestone draft each week, human-approved before send
- Bid estimator — ZIP-keyed regional costs by line item, with low/typical/high ranges editable in-table
- Budget overrun flag — any line over its allowance flagged the day it crosses
- Multi-crew project views — every active job on one board, sortable by drift signal
Crew
A two-office shop running fifteen to twenty jobs at a clip.
- Everything in Pro
- Trade-portal uploads — each sub posts photos against their own scope, named on the project page
- Multi-crew role assignment — owner, PM, and lead-super permissions, scoped per project
- Weekly digest PDF export — a printable recap you can hand to the GC, the homeowner, or the bank
Every tier is billed monthly, cancel any time, with no annual contract. Need something between Pro and Crew? lonehelm@polsia.app and a person writes back, usually the same day.

Talk to a builder like you
Before you sign up, talk to a GC running the same load you are.
Lonehelm is built for one- and two-person residential shops, so the people who know it best are the ones with twelve jobs on the board — not our sales team. Drop your name and number, and a builder in a matching tier calls you back, usually within one business day. No pitch, no calendar invite, no follow-up sequence.
- Talk to someone who's running the same number of active jobs you are — not a sales rep.
- Phone call back, no calendly link, no "discovery call" script.
- Drop your email only if you want a written confirmation — the builder still calls.

We're onboarding the first ten crews this fall.
Leave an email and we'll write back as soon as a slot opens for your shop. Tell us which tier fits in the note — we'll match you to onboarding, not the other way around.
